- The staff was rude — the customer hadn't finished eating yet the table had already been cleared without asking permission or apologizing. - My 2-year-old son accidentally spilled water, but the staff made a sarcastic comment in a mocking tone: "Look at the child." - I myself wiped and mopped the wet floor, but no staff member came to help or even said "sorry". - This kind of attitude shows a lack of manners in serving customers and does not reflect good work values. - The customer service shown was very disappointing and far from good service standards. but the owner refunded the food money after I updated. thank you & may their affairs be made easier.

The portion size was CRAZY BIG (compared to my hand here). Fish n Chips was questionably good quite crispy if you eat them immediately. Prawns were a lil oily & soggy btw with a pretty tangy tartar sauce (strong vinegar). And I have to credit them cause any sauce was free flow. But the blackpepper sauce was VERYY coarse & peppery til I choked myself overall not bad. I might be a repeating customer when I am VERY hungry & I wanna spoil my friends to share the dishes with me.
