in the last weekBecause the seabass fish and chips were so fishy it ruined my and my family's taste buds. If they were fresh they wouldn't be fishy. I rarely give feedback but today I was really disappointed with this qidot.

a week agoBeautiful place delicious food. Waitresses can be more vigorous while serving. But the space makes you hear all the noises from patrons, playing kids with no parents enforcement, coughing grandfather, which is totally normal but some music can actually help to mute background noise to ensure patrons comfort while dining.

3 weeks agoOverall, Qidot is a really nice place. The food was good and the ambiance was great. However, there was one experience that really turned me off. I was celebrating my younger sibling’s birthday with my family. I added the RM3 birthday cake add-on from the website with a birthday wish and maybe a song. The cake was supposed to be served during the meal, but it arrived after we had already finished our food and drinks. When I asked the waiter, I was told there were many pending orders which I understood as the restaurant was busy. What disappointed me was when the cake finally arrived, it was placed in front of the wrong person, not the birthday boy. This ruined the moment a little because I wanted to record a video, but the cake was far from him and we had to adjust it ourselves. Perhaps I should have informed the waiter more clearly about who we were celebrating, and I take responsibility for that. However, I believe better coordination would have helped, especially since this was a paid birthday add-on.

3 weeks agoWaited for an hour for the food to arrive. It didn't arrive until I wanted to pay. Even asking for it to be wrapped took time.
