5 months agoI have to give this restaurant lowest star , I was very disappointed with the service here. I specifically requested that my food be prepared with extra ginger, less oil, and less salt. The lady boss politely repeated my requests back to me, but when she turned around to place the order with the kitchen, she did not mention any of them at all — right in front of me, as if I wasn’t there. When I reminded her again to tell the kitchen, she brushed it off with “yes, yes” but still didn’t pass on my instructions. To make matters worse, she even sneezed and rubbed her nose in front of me in a very unprofessional manner. When my order arrived, it was completely against my requests — no effort was made to follow them. The whole experience felt dismissive and insincere. Very Disappointing. This boss lady is a master at giving you the cold shoulder. I asked for more ginger and less oil and salt, and she "politely" repeated my request. Then she turned to the chef and told him my order, but she didn't mention any of my requests. She even had the nerve to mention them directly to the chef in front of me, even though I hadn't mentioned any of them. When I was away, I reminded her to mention them to the chef, and she said, "Okay, okay," and then she sneezed and pinched her nose in front of me, which was really rude. I was really impressed. When my order arrived, it wasn't even based on my requests at all. It was completely perfunctory.
