in the last weekYesterday, I went to Pitboy Bukit Puchong. I arrived first before the rest of my family, so while waiting for my family (4 adults 2 kids), I ordered some starters—garlic bread and chili clams. The service was very fast; I didn’t have to wait long at all. The chili clams were really delicious, and the mantou was 5 stars—honestly tasted like a premium donut. Panas dan gebu. While I was eating and waiting for my family, the floor manager (I’m not sure, possibly the owner) took one of the chairs that had already been set up for my family. He then came back and asked, “Berapa lama lagi family nak sampai?” At that moment, I was already eating their main course - steak. I replied that they would arrive in a few minutes. He then said, “Kalau tak sampai lagi 10 minute, we’ll open your table to other customers.” I was quite taken aback. I had already ordered food, and in fact, I was already eating. The food had been ordered, and my family was clearly on the way—so I didn’t understand why they would treat me that way. I was genuinely hurt by how that person handled the situation. Not long after, my family arrived, we finished our meal, and we left. Despite the food being good and reasonably priced, I won’t be returning because I was really disappointed and hurt by the manager’s attitude and service.
