a week agoThis shop either has hired the nicest people or theyre treating their employees right. I had the best best experience with their workers there, who treated their customers with a ton of empathy and respect. they even paid out of their own money to do kindness for me and i’ll forever appreciate it. i never got her name, but shes a young cute indian lady in a short pony tail. and she’s perfect! so were the other who went the extra mile for their customers. sending lots of love ❤️

a month agoHorrible service. Didn’t bother asking whether we wanted a cone or a cup and she just serve whatever that she feels like. I ask for original white cone later on. And she gave me the charcoal black cone. Don’t even apologize for the mistake and treat people unfriendly. Really bad experience. Please ask your staff to treat their customer politely.
