a week agoSome of the portion may be generous but do not expect to be treat with any degree of politeness. Even when I was trying to make a reservation and I wanted to get a table downstairs, I was treated like I was wasting her time. As my mother is very old, I wanted to check if the restaurant had a lift, but I was told off quicky don't have and impatiently asked, "you want or don't want" as if I was wasting her time. When I was at the restaurant, I signal 3 times and for someone to take my order, but no one came so I want to see one of the captain and was told off, they were short of staff and we have to wait. Is a single word of apology so hard to say that you have to rude tell me off that you are short of staff and I have to wait. Not one word of apology. Can you use a more polite tone of voice? Is it going to kill you to be a bit more polite? Is it going to kill you to use a polite tone of voice? I give up with this restaurant.
