in the last weekBuy Japanese Creampuff and it’s so bad. The taste is not as good as before. The size is getting smaller. I buy it here every month but it’s getting worse and worse over time.

3 weeks agoTried the classic Tiramisu—love the flavor, but the ladyfingers on the lower layer were a bit dry, like they missed the coffee bath. Macam makan roti keras.

2 months agoHi Pastryfeel management, I’m ur regular customer and consume a lot at ur store.. I have been to your store many times. I have a few points to say for one of your staff, I am really disappointed with one of your staff, since I have been to your store many times, I noticed each week one of them will hold a phone, I assume that was for your online order? Right? I have been to your store a few times this week, I don’t know what your staff’s name is but I have heard some of them call her Diana or something, I must’ve said you need to train her to have some logical thinking when there are a lot of customers, does she need to sit on the phone alone?! I know you got customers to reply but if the customer is not a consumer at that time or not an urgent order, I think she has common sense or reason to help the other girl who serves customers walk in all alone. I feel very bad for the girl who is making an order alone, not only that, I see customers asking her but she sticks to the phone even though she can answer customers? Still want the person who is in the middle of the queue to make another order to answer?! I also dined in, this week. And heard that girl cursed the customer for just asking only, she cursed the customer she didn't know if the customer who ordered that paid her salary? Speak up. Work sincerely. I also have a business and used to be an "employee" who had to multitask online and walk in. All I can say, it's BEST to walk in first if you know your work partner personally, that too if she can think. Overall the food was always nice.
