a week agoGreat place. A little hard to find. The restaurant is cashless so be sure to have some form of ewallet payment or a physical debit/ credit card. Service was great and the food portions were very generous as was the pricing. 3 dishes as seen in the photos was 36MR plus 10% service charge.

a week agoI am sharing this review to highlight a disappointing experience during a group business dinner. My team hosted a professional meeting in a private room and had confirmed a course meal package for 21 pax (20+1). It was clearly agreed that the arrangement would be individual course meals per person. However, after the event, we realized that the food served did not match what was agreed and paid for. Several courses that were supposed to be served per person were instead combined into shared dishes with significantly reduced portions. For example, for tables of 10 pax, only one small bowl of lamb was served per table, and only a few pieces of chicken were provided in small shared bowls, clearly insufficient for the number of guests. When we raised the issue, the staff repeatedly denied any discrepancy, claiming full portions had been served and cleared. This was strongly disputed by multiple attendees who directly observed the portions. The explanations given were inconsistent. We were later told that refills were allowed, but this was never communicated beforehand. During the dinner, only items like chapati were refilled, main dishes were not. If refills were part of the arrangement, this should have been clearly disclosed for a pre-confirmed group package. The matter was escalated to the manager, but no reasonable resolution was offered. Takeaway food was proposed as settlement, which we declined. No refund was provided. As the host of a professional client meeting, I relied on the restaurant to deliver what was agreed. Unfortunately, the service did not reflect the confirmed package, which was both disappointing and concerning. What was most disappointing was the impression that short-term profit was prioritized over service integrity. It is disheartening to think that gaining abit more in this instance could come at the expense of the experience of 21 guests and the host, potentially resulting in the loss of repeat visits and long-term goodwill. In the F&B industry, trust and transparency matter far more than short-term gain. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures greater transparency and accountability for future group bookings.
