Bad experience for a first time visit. I thought I was lucky to secure a last minute table for New Year’s Eve. I was informed that indoor seating was fully booked and only the verandah was available, and that it was the last table. I was also required to pay a RM50 deposit to confirm the booking. Upon arrival, the staff could not find my name in the reservation list. A Filipino staff member rudely insisted that my name was not in the system. Even after I showed the chat history and proof of payment, it was still questioned. Only after the owner who accepted my booking and deposit, intervened only then they acknowledged it and allowed us in. We were then given a table squeezed tightly between two other tables, with guests on both sides smoking. The smoke was blowing directly into our faces. I honestly do not understand how tables can be arranged so closely in a smoking area. We requested a table change to another verandah table that was farther from the smoking section. The owner agreed, but the same staff member rudely objected, claiming that the table was already booked and insisted we return to our original seat. She was visibly angry, even towards the owner, and offered no apology. Her attitude and facial expression were extremely unpleasant. This completely spoiled our excitement for the evening. It also felt like this place prioritizes regular customers rather than treating first time guests with basic courtesy. Food and drinks took a very long time to arrive. Outdoor seating is uncomfortable, and aside from the live band, nothing else stood out positively. Overall, a very disappointing experience!

I came here to chat and catch up with friends. This place is really great; I like to come here every week for a drink and to listen to the live band. It's so relaxing. The drinks are good, and the prices are reasonable.
