a month agoOn 26 December at 9:00 p.m., I placed an order through the app and sat down to wait. By 9:20 p.m., there was still no update on the app, so I went to the counter to ask. The employee told me that he did not notice the order coming in. At that time, there were not many customers, but the employees were busy chatting and failed to notice the incoming order. I waited for almost half an hour, but my order was never prepared before. Instead, I was reprimanded for bringing donuts from outside. Maybe the employee think I just sat there without order any drink or food . Before leaving, I ordered another Spanish latte to take away. Unfortunately, the drink was made incorrectly . The barista remade the drink, but there was no apology about their mistake . Even as I was leaving, the way the staff spoke sounded insincere ya :) .
