in the last weekABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE. NEVER AGAIN. I called to reserve a table at the AEON branch for Raya eve to break fast with my family. Simple enough, right? WRONG. I arrived at the restaurant — my name was RIGHT THERE on the reservation list. I sat at MY reserved table. So why on earth was my food not prepared? Because apparently, YOUR staff forwarded my number to ANOTHER BRANCH without telling me. Some other branch contacted me through WhatsApp, I placed my order thinking it was AEON branch — because why wouldn’t I? I booked HERE. I expected to deal with HERE. And when I raised the issue? Instead of apologizing and fixing YOUR mistake, your staff had the AUDACITY to tell me to DRIVE to the other branch to collect my food. Are you serious? My name is on YOUR reservation list. I’m sitting at YOUR table. I came with my family from FAR AWAY. And you’re chasing us out? Let me ask — does nobody in your restaurant question why a reserved table has ZERO orders attached to it? Not one person thought to check? After we refused to leave, they finally prepared the food. But even after eating, we noticed your staff huddled together, pointing and talking about us like we were the problem. Absolutely humiliating. Then came the “peace offering” — a discount. I REJECTED it. I told them I can pay full price. I don’t need your pity discount to shut me up. But they insisted. You think a discount erases everything? You think that settles it? Let me be crystal clear about what I’m furious about: Your staff gave my personal number to another branch WITHOUT my knowledge or consent — that is a CONFIDENTIALITY BREACH. You blamed ME for YOUR internal miscommunication. Your supervisor was RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and instead of addressing me — the person who raised the complaint — went to my family to shift the blame. Maybe because I was in casual clothes, you thought I wasn’t worth proper treatment? The only reason there wasn’t a bigger scene was because I was breaking my fast and I refused to embarrass my family over YOUR incompetence. To simplify it for you since your management clearly struggles with basic logic: I booked a table at YOUR branch. YOUR side forwarded my number to another branch due to YOUR miscommunication. I ordered food through WhatsApp from whoever contacted me — logically assuming it was the branch I booked with. I arrived, my order wasn’t there, and instead of owning the mistake, you tried to chase us away. Your food is good. Your service is GARBAGE. I’ve been to many Saigon branches and other restaurants — none have made me feel this disrespected and disgusted. Do better. Train your staff. And teach your supervisor that professionalism means owning mistakes, not running away from the customer and cornering their family instead.

in the last weekDissapointed with my iftar at saigon today. My brother booked a table at saigon aeon shah alam and he received the booking confirmation + asking us to order foods that we want for iftar. Then we arrived at the place around 6.58pm and entered after confirming our name with the staff in front which he showed us the way to our table. We also saw a sticky note with my brother's name on the table. We waited for the foods for a while and received NOTHING. Mind you most of the tables there except for us is filled with foods and drinks. We didnt even receive any of our ordered drinks/foods and at the time it is already 7.22pm. So my brother went to check with one of the staff to which the staff seems to call his supervisor there. It's funny how our table is the only empty one and NONE of them checked with us. They ignored us and only looking at us waiting at our table with no foods/drinks. My brother was at the cashier trying to understand what was going on but the "supervisor (with a tattoo)" instead of settling things with my brother, came to our table with a rude tone asking if this is our table. Which we response with a yes because obvious my brother's name on the sticky note and the no of pax + 1 baby already fit our booking pax. I dont understand why the supervisor need to come to us just because we were all woman instead of speaking with my brother at cashier to settle wtv is going on? He the proceed to question my brother and insisting that he made the wrong booking at different place as if wanting my brother to admit that he's wrong lol. He even tried to show us that the other place already prepares our foods and INSIST that my brother books at the wrong place?? Firstly, the tone is SO rude. Secondly, the supervisor even tried to make us as if we are at FAULTS instead of offering us a solution? If we booked at the wrong place then how come we can have a table at Aeon with my brother's name and the same no. of pax? We didnt enter blindy and confirmed with the staff on our booking prior entering the restaurant. If we found out that our booking is not there, for sure we would've gone there since we still have more time when we arrived at 6.58pm before iftar at 7.26pm. I am very disappointed with how your staff handles the situation and trying to guilt trip my family. Of course, finally they still prepared our food but our appetite is long gone + had to have our iftar a bit later. Mind you if we were wrong, then someone else that booked with the same name as my brother would appear. But nope, the staff decided to blame it on us and keep on pushing my brother to say that he's wrong lol. No more coming to this place. Bad service and ruined our last iftar before raya
