in the last weekThey should provide good quality utensils. The chopstick was so small/short, fork and spoon so thin, the spoon they use at the sauce station should change to small ladle so less messy at the sauce station. Table are too small for 4 people, no privacy as you have to share long table with other people. Service is good although i dont like the idea cahrging pre booking rm5 per head and pre booking charges rm2 wich only will be return after few days (acc transfer). They should just exclude during checkout/payment. Service are good. Staff are efficient and friendly. Restaurant atmosphere are bit stuffy and warm. Food quality are good. Meat are nice, lamb well merinated, the octopus are plump, rice and coslow was good.

in the last weekVery Disappointing Dining Experience at Samurai Yakiniku, Section 9 Shah Alam Came with the hope of enjoying the RM49 grill buffet, but unfortunately all we got was disappointment and frustration from the beginning to the end of the meal. The service level was too slow. Although there were many staff, the only ones who actually worked were the male staff. The female staff were not helpful at all, they disappeared more and were not proactive in serving customers. The table space was too small and completely impractical. There were 4 people, but the table felt like it was for only one person. There was no room to put a water jug so they had to put it on the floor. You had to ask for water first before it was filled, not automatically as it should be. A lot of sauce ran out but was not refilled, dirty plates were left piled up on the table, and every time you needed something, you had to call many times before the staff moved. More disappointing, there was no explanation at all on how to turn on the grill fire — you had to call and ask yourself. Very inconvenient and not customer-friendly at all. Paying for food is not cheap, you are ready to be charged a service tax of more than RM21, but the service received was completely inadequate. Honestly, this experience is not worth the price paid. I hope the restaurant can open its eyes. Even basic service is not maintained, and not all customers come with unlimited patience. If this situation continues, don't be surprised if customers come only once and never come again.
