Unfortunately, the experience doesn’t quite rise to match the setting. Service was polite but unremarkable, moving along without warmth or attentiveness. The ice cream, while pleasant enough, tasted safe and forgettable, lacking a signature moment or bold flavour. One noticeable drawback was the seating: sofa and chair cushions looked tired, dull, and overdue for a proper clean, which subtly dampened the otherwise charming atmosphere by the end of visit.
