a month agoThis was our second time visiting. We ordered and paid over the counter, but just as we were leaving, a staff member called us back and said our table hadn't paid yet. After we showed the receipt, she apologies and explained that the previous staff member had charged the wrong table. while it was sorted out in the end, the situation was a bit awkward and could have been handle more smoothly. I returned a second time because I really liked the coffee on my first visit. but unfortunately the coffee didn't seem as strong the second time.Employee training is very important, and I hope the service can be more professional in the future. Both times I've visited, the staff seemed quite young and inexperienced.

a month agoI went to this cafe alone today, full of anticipation, but I was extremely disappointed. When I arrived, the staff said it was full and asked me to leave my name and wait. I did and sat down to wait. About 15 minutes later, a second group of four people who arrived even later than me came in. As soon as the server came, they were seated, while I watched them go in and sit down. I asked the server why they let the later guests sit first. The server replied, "Yes, you came first, wait a moment." (He was making coffee.) The whole process made me feel that their queuing and arrangement were completely unfair. Furthermore, after apologizing, the server kept repeating (twice) asking if I wanted to take away food, even though I had clearly stated I wanted to dine in… Was he trying to force me to take away? One server told me to wait a little longer and then give me a seat after the other person left. I thought, I've already waited so long, why should I wait any longer? During my stay, I overheard other customers complaining about the slow service and their impatience. Shortly after, someone left, and the waiter offered to seat me but then went off to work as a cashier, failing to actually seat me or clear my table. Having already waited half an hour, I finally decided to leave. From arrival to departure, I wasted a full half hour, making for a very unpleasant experience… I hope the restaurant can improve its management and service processes; otherwise, it's hard to imagine anyone wanting to return…
