Not the best masala tea that I had before, sandwich and vadey was ok also. The shop is extreamly hot sitting under the aircond and the middle to the entrance walk way I feel my left hand is cool wind and right hand the hot, steam hot..

The food was below average and quite expensive. We only had tea-time snacks for 4 pax, yet the total came to around RM50 +. The vadai had no taste, and the bonda was very bland. It’s disappointing, as the food quality did not meet expectations. The ambience is nice, which may be why people visit, but unfortunately the food and service did not match. The service was also poor.

Good food quality and service. There is one particular waiter, skinny guy, who speaks tamil and bahasa mix, he is very good at giving recommendations and knows how to present the menu to a customer, who does not know how to order. Please keep the quality and service consistent, your customers will surely return.

First time visiting Madras Bakery Klang. Google shows the closing time as 11pm, but I arrived around 10:15pm and waited for about 5 minutes with no one attending to take my order. When I approached the counter, the staff informed me that they had already stopped taking orders and couldn’t prepare hot drinks as they were getting ready to close. It was quite disappointing because there were still about 45 minutes before the listed closing time. Hope the management can improve this, especially for customers who come from far to try the food and drinks.
