a month agoI came on Tuesday at 9.15pm and the staff told us the outlet was “closed” because they claimed there was no yogurt. But while we were still looking at the sauce, my partner saw the guy and the girl staff exchanging looks as if they clearly had no intention of serving any more customers. The girl even removed the sauce from the display and took it to the back. Usually when the sauces are already fully stocked, it means the staff have finished their cleaning and are getting ready for the next day — which makes it obvious that they simply didn’t want to serve us, not because they were out of stock. The whole situation felt dishonest and very unprofessional. Closing the outlet before operating hours and giving excuses is unacceptable. I will be reporting this to the building management.
