in the last weekThe food is good but my family and I will never come back. Yesterday was very crowded due to it being a vegetarian day. We waited about 30 minutes for our food. We understood that it was a busy period, but we politely asked a male staff (uncle) to check on our order. His response was, “Everyone needs to wait. If you don’t want to wait, I can cancel your order.” We chose not to confront his attitude as it was a family lunch, and simply explained that we were only checking on the status. However, immediately after that conversation, our food was served. This felt very rude, as it showed he didn’t even bother to check the order and instead dismissed us without concern. Later, when our last dishes were served and we had not yet finished eating, we heard the same staff member speaking loudly to other staff, saying, “People outside are rushing, but they still haven’t finished,” while pointing at our table. This left us confused, especially since a large group behind us had finished their food much earlier and were still sitting and chatting. We are unsure why we were specifically targeted with this attitude.
