Good service and tasty food, prices can less 10 % will be better.

This was my first time visiting Armour Cafe in Puchong. When I entered, I was the only customer and was promptly given the menu along with a briefing on their signature items. After placing my order, I was served a complimentary mushroom soup with a bun. The bun was very fluffy, buttery, and enjoyable. The food overall was okay — I would rate it around **7/10**, decent but not exceptional. However, what really affected my experience was the **environment and staff behavior**. While my friend and I were dining, one of the staff members (a petite female staff, possibly a supervisor) began **yelling, verbally abusing, and aggressively slamming a table** near the ordering area while scolding another employee. This went on for some time and was very disruptive. Regardless of internal issues, it is not acceptable to bully or humiliate staff in front of customers. It created an uncomfortable, tense, and unpleasant dining atmosphere. As a customer, this is not something I want to witness while having a meal. While the food was acceptable, the negative work environment left a strong impression. Unfortunately, due to this incident, I do not see myself returning. I hope management takes staff conduct and workplace culture seriously, as it directly affects customer experience.

Went to few different Anmour branches and Puchong is the worst branch where other branches provides good service and will not randomly add additional charges for mushroom gravy or cheese sauce since we are not spending small amount here, meanwhile this restaurant earn 0 star ⭐ and loss customers, when we can compare we can tell which branch is good and which is bad. Another thing is that free refill for water but no staff free to refill water yet they are free to keep looking for empty plate and clean up before we even done eating, it’s really frustrating and hardly enjoyable tge meal when somebody keeps on rushing to clean up the table. Therefore I can tell this Puchong Anmour deserve 0 star for bad services
