in the last weekI havent been there but looking at the service we received upon booking, will never visit them. We whatsapp on 6 Jan for cny booking, when we asked, the room still available, and we made reservation on the spot. Last two days, we whatsapp to confirm again and to add dishes, and being informed, their phone spoilt and no booking was made, and no room available. Really terrible, cant imagine if we didnt asked last two days, and my guest visited without any reservation, how bad impression it is.

in the last weekThis was hands down one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had, especially for an event setting. Event tools & setup: The event equipment was poorly prepared and badly maintained. The setup looked rushed and unprofessional, completely unacceptable for a place that claims to handle events. Even the manager blamed us for crashing their LED screen, even thought the Screen is damaged before handing to us. Staff attitude: The staff attitude was shocking. They were rude, impatient, and clearly uninterested in helping customers. Simple requests were met with eye-rolling or ignored entirely. It felt like customers were a burden rather than guests. Customer service: Customer service was practically non-existent. Complaints were brushed off with excuses instead of solutions. No apologies, no accountability, and no effort to make things right. Management was either unavailable or unwilling to deal with issues. Overall: Unprofessional, overpriced, and poorly managed. If you’re planning an event or even just a meal, do yourself a favor and avoid this place. I would not recommend it to anyone. This was hands down one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had, especially for an event setting.

in the last weekSave your money. The customer experience was a nightmare—zero flexibility and no willingness to help with pre-event requests.

a week agoVery disappointed with recent CNY event held at this restaurant! Before booking and deposit make, all requests can be done and very accommodate. After confirmed booking and paid deposit and on the event day, many requests is turn down and excuse customer for not being told upfront (indeed we did mention upfront before deposit paid). This restaurant was being a reputable restaurant in the past that's reason why we hold 10 tables CNY party here. Our party being held at another private event hall which is next to the main restaurant. The restaurant original wooden chairs only enough to cater for 7 tables which they have to mix with another 3 tables of chairs (30 chairs) which does not really match with the original concept or design and also very uncomfortable to seat as well. Thus we requests restaurant to change all 10 tables of chairs but they refuse to change due to many works involved and troublesome. On the event day, the LED screen was malfunction with 2 roll of LED not able to display with blackout screen which make us so embarrassing. The restaurant PIC claims that we are simply touching their PA system thus cause this malfunction. In addition to this, originally our event was plan to end by 10:30pm as planned, however, while we are holding 105 px group photo which is 15 mins before 10:30pm, restaurant PIC keep pushing us to clear up the event hall in order for them to perform clean up and clear up the hall which is very very ridiculous service for such a reputation restaurant!! This will be the last event we will be holding at this restaurant, as we experienced disrespect toward customers, unpleasant service, poor communication, and a lack of professionalism throughout the engagement!!!

a week agoWorst experience i had for my dinner event held last week. Before and after dinner confirmation treatment is like heaven and earth. During the first visit, everything was so fine and polite, we really feel we do belongs there and we were respected as a future customer. Things start to get wrong especially on the actual day where we get blame for; 1. their led display error, saying we shifted a bit the casing position. 2. Wall socket not functioning causing their DB box tripping when we wanna use their power socket. Conclusion is everything is in customer fault!!! 3. Small request of table cloth, chairs etc were ignored. 4. Keep asking when can end our event even before dining time / program not finish based on agreed time. 5. The way of communication between us as customer and (certain) restaurant manager / supervisor are so disrespectful and impolite!!!! (Worst experience). No return to this restaurant ever again.
