a month agoI am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Malatang restaurant today. I selected all my ingredients myself, and the portion was clearly visible when I checked out. But when the dish was served, the amount was shockingly reduced almost half of what I had originally taken. This is unacceptable. Even if the taste was good, such a drastic reduction in portion size shows a serious problem in how the food is handled. I hope the restaurant takes this issue seriously, because this kind of experience is very frustrating for customers.
