3 weeks agoCame here at around 9pm on a Saturday, not crowded and plenty of seats. All the popular flavours were already sold out at that time. Went with Jim Beam Coffee whiskey and it was very nice. The place is a lot more organised than the Puchong outlet and the toilets were super clean. Btw, I think they have changed the member birthday perk to B1F1 ice cream (previously was just a Free scoop).

2 months agoThe ice cream was great...but my experience was tarnished by the interaction with the counter staff. [Read further to find out] Visited this popular ice cream bar on a packed Saturday night. The atmosphere was buzzing and lively. The Rum and Raisin was perfectly balanced in sweetness and was rich and potent. My children happily devoured the waffle topped with the Unicorn. After we sat down and started eating, I noticed a signage on the table advertising a member perk: a free scoop during their birthday month. When I went to redeem mine they refused to honour. They said I had to buy a scoop to enjoy the privilege. I showed my receipt from my earlier purchase, the staff insisted the free scoop had to be included in the "same transaction" as a paid purchase. The staff member who initially took my number for loyalty points did not inform me of my birthday perk. Quite upset that the staff was unable to show some flexibility, especially when I just made the purchase. Anyway, I went to the Hartamas outlet to redeem my free birthday ice-cream and they ALLOWED me to WITHOUT requiring any purchase alongside the redemption.
