in the last weekOrdered ai creamy mango, this time it wasn't tasty at all, I just ordered it and it was ready, it looked like it had been made for a long time and gave the old one to the customer, when I came back I asked why it tasted different, the cashier said it was because they changed the jam, I was too lazy to buy it so I just threw it away, because I couldn't drink it at all, it was all sweet and watery if it had been made for a long time, I'm an aicha fan so please don't try to cheat

2 weeks agoOrdered from grab. Didn't request less sugar or anything. Then received, all orders NO SUGAR YES. Then why doesn't the staff want to cancel the order?? Even if the sugar is gone, then we can wait. No need to proceed directly. Can contact us. BUT AICHA STAFF NO CONTACT. RUDE STAFF. REGRET BUYING EVEN CHEAP.

a month agoIf you work, do your job properly, don't be rude to customers as if they owe you money...if there's something you're not satisfied with, don't involve others...that staff is really bad...they don't even give you a receipt and say thank you...please teach those bad-mannered staff some etiquette.

a month agoI love going to Ai Cha here, all the ice creams are never out of stock, they will sell them according to the schedule given and all the water is delicious, the best there is, you can collect a stamp with a purchase of RM5 and above, you can redeem it for free ice cream or water.. The atmosphere is cozy, the staff is ok and the shop is clean.. the service is fast, the waiting time is less than 5 minutes.
