a month agoThis vegetarian eggplant dish, "A Riot of Colors," features a slightly charred skin with a glossy, reddish-brown hue, gently coated in a rich sauce. The sauce is fragrant with hints of spiciness and sweetness, its aroma unfolding layer by layer. One bite reveals a tender interior with a chewy exterior, the sauce slowly flowing out, the flavors bursting on the tongue, leaving a lingering, delightful aftertaste. It's vegetarian, yet it boasts a "lavish" atmosphere; it's eggplant, yet it has the presence of a "star." Special thanks to Chef Jacky for his meticulous preparation of this delicious dinner; it truly deserves high praise and recognition. This is our fourth time dining here, and we are consistently satisfied. We will definitely be back soon.
