A Lazy Sunday with Chef Peter

Good Sunday to you. How are you? Are you well? I do hope so.

We are having the best weather here in Phuket at the moment, simply amazing. So, if you have the time or feel the inclination, then jump on a plane and come on over. Sunny golden beaches under the mountains of sun beds and umbrellas awaits and, there are beach clubs galore for you to play in. If you fancy somewhere a little more private and quiet then Naiyang in Maikao is where you should be heading. Me, I like to have a little of both so Leam Sing, Surin and Bangtao do it for me.

Traffic at the moment here in Phuket, due to underpasses being built at main junctions, is making getting around a bit tedious. If you’re popping in for a short stay head for your hotel and enjoy it to avoid this dis-pleasure my dears unless, that is, you are coming to visit Les Diables as that my daahlings is a journey worth making!!!

Great news is that I am expanding. We are moving to a new location. It’s still within Boat Lagoon, but bigger and better with a marina view. I am sooo excited. I can’t wait to welcome you there!

The world each day seems to be becoming a more and more troubled place don’t you think? I think we all take for granted the simple pleasures of life. I am amazed at how we are all so attached to our mobiles and spend hours concentrating on these devices rather than the person next to us! If you actually try as hard with the person next to you as on the device, you’ll probably find they are just as, if not more interesting.

And more amazingly daahlings in this hi tech world we live in today, aren’t you just astonished at the fact that a plane can simply disappear without a trace? Doesn’t it just make you wonder!

As it’s such a wonderfully lazy Sunday I thought I’d keep it simple today and say it with pictures!
