Mom always make the best stock. The latest soup stock is braised with ham, clams, fish and a whole old mother hen. For dinner tonight, a full pomfret was steamed together with huge pieces of fish maw. You could see how huge and gelatinous those fish maw are. Solid dinner!Filed under: KL
